Qualification:
• Veterinary degree or relevant diploma
• Previous experience advantage • Sales experience
• Verbal and written English is a must
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain good interpersonal relationship with cattle partners
• Detail oriented attitude, excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Good organization and coordination skills, clear record and report writing and proofreading skills in English • Ability to work independently
• Ability to travel a lot
Job description:
• Achieve sales and profitability goals by professional sales skills, customer oriented attitude
• Find a Value Project with a customer, create a Ceva Specific Value Proposition– and follow up customers KPI and Ceva’s KPI
• Prepare for, organize and lead meetings at customer.- Involve Vet Services, assuring proper comprehension and successful execution of the strategy defined
• Drive optimal selling strategies that are based on valid, Customer-Specific Value Propositions
• Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities through the successful execution of Ceva Specific Value Proposition
• Provide CEVA Country / Business Unit Management with accurate and timely sales forecasts to optimize proper resource planning throughout the organization
• Establish direct and impactful long term relationship with key accounts AH managers and key opinion leaders, attending poultry industry meetings and acting as a contributor and/or solution provider towards them.
• Run field trials and ensure adapted monitoring systems to accomplish results.
• Ensure promotion by evidencing and adapting to local conditions the product advantages related to the strategy and positioning of the poultry range based on trials.
• Ensure valuation over product and the customer condition based on regular monitoring and ensuring a correct communication flow with local key opinion leaders, in the local team and with corporate We can offer • Competitive salary
